At The Camelot, you will work directly with the owners throughout your planning process and they will personally supervise every reception detail. Reservation Procedures Reserve your date early -- A $500 nonrefundable deposit and a signed contract are required to reserve a date at our facilities. An additional $1,000 is required 90 days after date of signed contract. Balance of the payment is due at our final coordinating meeting, 10 days before the event.  Cash, money order or personal checks are acceptable.  Sorry, no credit cards.
