Two Venues to Meet Your Needs
| The Camelot in Warrendale | Tucked back in the old town of Warrendale, The Camelot is a former Presbyterian Church built in 1913 and converted to a special events center in 1972. The Camelot consists of one large individual ballroom seating from 75-200 people. The main décor consists of large, traditional brass chandeliers, carpeting except for the hardwood dance floor, state of the art bar, a beautiful wall mural, and three walls of gorgeous stained glassed windows. The back of the building is lined with trees and a meandering creek borders the property. |
| The Columbian Room in Wexford | One large individual ballroom seating from 125-350 people with the main décor consisting of large, traditional brass chandeliers, carpeting except for the large hardwood dance floor, state of the art bar, and a standalone building. A very private location, lighted parking, and a wooded lot create a beautiful and elegant setting. |
At both locations, everything from butler style service passing hors d’oevres, to full buffets and a sit down prime rib dinner
is offered. The menu is extensive, and our onsite chef is sure to provide something for every taste.
Fine china, stemmed glassware and linen table clothes add to the elegant atmosphere. From the food to the ambiance, there has been nothing comparable to the amenities provided by The Camelot in Warrendale and The Columbian Room in Wexford, and at very competitive pricing.
We are happy to assist you in planning every detail for your special event. If there is something special you would like to request, we will make every attempt to fulfill your wishes.
Our Services
- Experienced, Professional Staff to make special events truly “special”.
- Round, Oval or Rectangle tables available.
- Staff serves head table for buffet dinners.
- Table plan provided for assigned seating events.
- Trays are provided and the staff will arrange your cookies.
- Staff will cut and serve/wrap your wedding cake.
- Your choice of Wedding Cake is a creation by Vince Carlini.
- The Camelot Catering Service also provides off-premise receptions at your location.
Reservation Procedures
- Reserve your date early – a $500.00 non-refundable deposit and a signed contract are required to reserve your date.
- An additional $1,500.00 is required no later than 90 days after date of signed contract,
- Balance of the payment is due at our final coordination meeting, 10 days before the event. Cash, Money Order or personal checks are acceptable – sorry, no credit cards.
- Children three years of age and under are free.
- All prices subject to change.
