The Warrendale Facility

• 125 Guests or more are required for Saturday Evening Reception.
• Former Church built in 1913 and converted to Banquet Facility.
• Three walls of Stained Glass windows provide an intimate and romantic glow to the room.
• Elegant Brass chandeliers throughout the room with adjustable lighting.
• Carpeted throughout except the hardwood dance floor.
• Centerpieces for all tables.  Candelabras for Bridal Table.
• Tastefully decorated throughout.
• The Camelot is a sole use facility for up to 180 guests.
• Camelot facility for six-hour evening receptions.
• Ample, close-in parking.
• Fully equipped, built-in bar with quality glassware.
• Quality china, glassware and tableware provide for all your guests.

The Wexford Facility

• 175 guests or more required for Saturday Evening Reception.
• The Columbian Room is newly renovated.
• Elegant Brass chandeliers throughout the room with adjustable lighting.
• Carpeted throughout except the hardwood dance floor.
• Tastefully decorated throughout.
• The Columbian Room is a sole use facility for up to 300 guests.
• Wexford facility for six-hour evening receptions.
• Ample, close-in parking.
• Fully equipped, built-in bar with quality glassware.
• Quality china, glassware and tableware provide for all your guests.

Our Services

• Experienced, Professional Staff to make special events truly “special”.
• Round, Oval or Rectangle tables available.
• Staff serves head table for buffet dinners.
• Table plan provided for assigned seating events.
• Trays are provided and the staff will arrange your cookies.
• Staff will cut and serve/wrap your wedding cake.
• Your choice of Wedding Cake is a creation by Vince Carlini.
• The Camelot Catering Service also provides off-premise receptions at your location.

 

Reservation Procedures

• Reserve your date early – a $500.00 non-refundable deposit and a signed contract are required to reserve your date.
• An additional $1,500.00 is required no later than 90 days after date of signed contract,
• Balance of the payment is due at our final coordination meeting, 10 days before the event.  Cash, Money Order or personal checks are acceptable – sorry, no credit cards.
• Children three years of age and under are free.
• All prices subject to change.
